I haven’t officially shared this news with all of you yet, but Tyler and I are expecting our first little bundle of joy in October. We found out a few weeks ago that the baby is in fact a boy
(Isn’t he already just the cutest?!)
Anyway, that’s what has been going on in our world lately. It’s a little bit crazy to think that in just a few short months we’ll have a tiny little baby to take care of. I’m glad God gives us new parents these several months to pray, prepare, and freak out a little bit It’s like a nine-month crash course in trust! (And like most of my classes in school, some days I do better with the assignments than others). Any moms or soon-to-be moms out there who want to share some new-mommy wisdom with me, feel free to use the comment box!
I’m going to get back into the swing of posting new content on here (Tuesdays and Thursdays!), so expect some baby updates and new mom stress coming your way. I also have asked a friend of mine—Kaylee— to help me out with some content as well. Kaylee is a second year college student who is incredibly passionate about the faith and in love with Jesus. She wrote a pretty sweet post about discerning religious life that I will be sharing with all of you in a couple of days. (With her help, I will try to avoid turning this into a mommy-blog just yet)
Thanks for reading, everyone! God Bless!
